Mr. Evan Dakers starts working with VOICE
 Mr.
Evan Dakers retired from the public service in January 2008 but we did
not give him time to put on his retirement slippers for long and asked
him to join the NCA to carry out a short term consultancy to work with
the VOICE Organization.
The Articles and Memorandum of
Association were completed for VOICE in January and will be submitted
to the company’s registry by the lawyer Ms. Diana Shaw very soon so
that VOICE will become a registered Non-Government Organization (NGO).
Mr.
Dakers will be working to strengthen VOICE at both the District and
National level by providing training workshops in organizational
management, project and programme development and proposal writing.
